TUITION Fees

FEES INCLUDE TUITION ONLY.  Students are responsible for their own accommodations, meals, and travel arrangements and costs. Please visit ACCOMMODATIONS PAGE for lodging tips and GETTING THERE for travel guidance, to help you get started with making your arrangements.

Early Registration fee: $1195 - paid in full by March 1, 2023. Regular Registration fee: $1345 - paid in full by April 30, 2023.

TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment is possible in full, or in three installments (non-refundable deposit, plus two additional payments). Discounted fee for early payment in full. Full balance is due April 30, 2023. Your place in the workshop can only be held if payments are made on time, according to the following payment due dates.

• A $175 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your place in the workshop. The deposit is applied directly to the registration fee.

• March 1, 2023 - EARLY, discounted tuition balance due after deposit: $1020.

• March 15, 2023 - 2nd PAYMENT regular tuition due - $585.

• April 30, 2023 - 3rd/final regular tuition due - $585. - Full payment due by April 30, 2023, to retain your place in the workshop. 

REGISTRATION after April 30, 2023 is possible if class space is still available. Inquire with our registrar about availability.

GREEK CITIZENS - Free tuition offered to 1-2 Greek citizen (depending upon applicants and enrollment). If you wish to apply, send a written statement to Judith introducing yourself in some depth, including what brings you to the workshop. This offer does not include accommodations, meals or travel expenses. Please note, re: PayPal payment option: include an additional $55 service charge for each payment. This is terrible, but unfortunately, PayPal has increased fees for this service significantly. If using PayPal, it's advisable to pay in full (in one payment) to avoid further fees. If paying in installments, you must include the $55 service fee with each payment. Early registration total with fees included when paying via PayPal: $1250.; regular registration deadline when paying via PayPal: $1400. Please contact us if you’re using PayPal, so we can try to arrange for you to incur only one PayPal service fee. Please note: PayPal FEES are non-refundable.

BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE WORKSHOP, please send us your personal information. Email Lillian, our registrar, with the following: your full name;  permanent (and current, if different) address;  mobile telephone number;  email address;  AND emergency contact person information (their name and contact information). If there is anything else you feel we need to know about you, please include this information also.

Refunds and Cancellations

•   The $175 deposit is non-refundable (unless the workshop is canceled by Judith).

•   Cancellations before April 1, 2023 result in a 75% refund of the full registration fee (minus the $175 non-refundable deposit).

•   Cancellations after April 1, 2023 and before May 10, 2023 result in a 50% refund of the full registration fee (minus the non-refundable deposit).

•   All cancellations made after May 10 result in loss of all monies received.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY - If it is necessary to cancel the workshop due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified by May 10, 2023, and all payments will be refunded in full. However, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time for any reason. In such cases, the refund of all monies received will constitute full settlement with participants.

COVID POLICY - Covid policy and practice guidelines will be updated more specifically as needed, as we get closer to the workshop dates. All participants must be diligent in preventing the spread of Covid while at the workshop, should they have symptoms or direct exposure, in terms of self-testing, masking, possible quarantine, and transparency,

After sadly having to cancel the 2020 workshop due to the pandemic, we are overjoyed to be able to offer the 2023 workshop, and to enjoy a group experience together. This requires agreement by all participants to vigilantly take extra care as they travel to Folegandros. Behave preventively and appropriately as you travel, in order to arrive in your best possible health! Participants must practice vigilance during the workshop period, diligently respecting our shared adherence to proper prevention and care protocols. By now, like it or not, we’ve all had plenty of practice and exposure to what good safety protocols are — let’s make this happen together! Our hope is that we can all enjoy the workshop safely, and mask free. But reality demands responding to the situations that arise. Refunds will not be given due to Covid, with the exception of the workshop being canceled entirely for this reason. Registration for the workshop confirms your agreement and commitment to comply and adhere actively with all Covid protocols in place during the workshop. Please read our liability policy carefully before making the non-refundable workshop deposit.

LIABILITY POLICY - All workshop applicants are responsible to carefully read the Liability Policy. Registration for the workshop requires adherence and agreement with the Liability Policy. Please be in contact with us if you have questions about this, prior to making a workshop deposit.

PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE – important!!! We highly recommend purchasing TRIP INSURANCE as protection, should you need to cancel due to illness or other unforeseen reasons accepted by trip insurance companies. should you need to cancel for any reason, or should the workshop be cancelled for any reason, we do not accept responsibility for airfare or any other expenses incurred by workshop enrollees. Contact your travel agent or airline for information on trip insurance.

WORKSHOP WAIT LIST - As of Jan 30, 2023, the workshop is full. However, cancellations sometimes arise! If you’d like to be put on our waiting list, please contact our registrar, Lillian Vargyas, at aegeaninspiration@gmail.com. We will notify you if a space opens up! Thanks for your interest.
